DouOS Privacy Policy

DouOS stores your app data to provide chat, memory, and subscription features. API keys you add yourself are stored locally in the iOS Keychain and are not uploaded to DouOS servers.

Data we process

• Account identifiers used for sign in and subscription entitlement.
• Chat requests sent to platform models when you choose the platform route.
• Usage records needed for quota, billing, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
• Memories, notes, profile settings, and app preferences saved by you.

Platform model requests

When you use DouOS platform models, requests are routed through the DouOS gateway so model provider keys are not exposed in the app. When you use your own API key, that key stays in your device Keychain.

Your choices

You can use the free plan, subscribe through Apple In-App Purchase, configure your own model provider, export data where supported, or request account deletion.
